An email that was not requested / unanticipated by the recipient. Spam email could be but not limited to junk mail, they are mostly commercial bulk emails soliciting for some product or web page. Hera casino sends marketing emails strictly to members who have given the consent to be updated by us to our new promotions and other relevant information we ensure our policy is maintained and implemented through the following procedures :Notification and Agreement:
Hera Casino at registration state that our members will receive from time to time promotional and other notification email .For those members who do not wish emails from us the uncheck box is available always at the time of registration .
Unsubscribe:
Each Hera Casino member can ask to unsubscribe to our regular emails by either using the link at the bottom of the email received or by contacting our customer support, the process is always reversible if a member changed his/her mind.
Laws Pertaining Spam
Spam laws are not constant from country to country .In order to ensure our anti spam polices for all our worldwide member we chose to comply by the highest standards :- Hiding the true origin of emails , false headers or information
- Unapproved use of third party's domains in order to mask the real point of origin of the email.
- No use of any misleading or false information as the real subject of the email.
